These lessons, tested in the crucible of personal and cultural turmoil (spanning 70+ years) ultimately allowed me to cultivate a safer, saner, more respectful space for honest gender-exploration and inner healing: something our culture is still wrestling with.

My own shame-based trauma gave way to pure, innocent curiosity,  birthing relationships and practices which equipped me to confidently navigate my gender journey and find my place in the world. Not only as "male" or "female" but as HUMAN.
